4. NOYT AI platform (WhatsApp) data

NOYT AI is our platform through which business clients connect their own WhatsApp Business account and handle customer conversations in a shared team inbox. For that service, the following applies in addition to the rest of this policy:

• What we process: we receive and store the messages that customers send to a client's WhatsApp Business number, the replies the client's team sends through NOYT AI, message delivery status, and the contact details (such as name and phone number) associated with those conversations.
• Why: solely to provide the inbox, contact management, template, AI-assistance and messaging features of NOYT AI to that client. We act on the client's instructions for this data.
• What we never do with it: we do not sell this data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it for advertising or any purpose other than providing the service.
• Isolation and security: each client's data is kept separate from every other client's, enforced at the database level, and message content is encrypted at rest with per-client keys.
• Deletion: when a client stops using NOYT AI, their data is deleted within 30 days of account closure. Clients can also disconnect their WhatsApp Business account at any time, after which NOYT AI stops receiving messages for that number.
• Meta: messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. Meta's own terms and privacy policies apply to WhatsApp itself; Noyt India is an independent company and is not affiliated with Meta.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to personalise your experience. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly without them.

Our Outlet attendance application collects location information only to verify presence at a specific site when marking attendance. Location data is used in real time, is not stored or tracked as history, and is not shared with third parties. The app does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, phone number, or email. You can revoke the location permission at any time in your device settings, though doing so may prevent attendance functionality.
